You can access document management from the top menu of the program after selecting a project or property. The document management can be found from the Documents menu in the top bar.
You can access the main view of document management by clicking the Document management.
In the main view, the product phases are displayed as grey icons and created folders and subfolders are displayed under the icons as folder icons.
The folder management buttons are as follows (buttons appear according to permissions)
- Add folder
- Move folder
- Copy folder
- Rename folder
- Delete folder
- Copy folder link
- Subscriptions
- Hide empty folders: button hides folders that do not contain documents.
Creating a new document
You can create a new document by clicking the Add Documents -button.
Select the files in the dialog that opens. After selecting and uploading a file you can specify the document name. You do not have to change the document name. You cannot change the file name when uploading a document.
