After you have logged in, you can edit the information of your user account via Profile link in the top right.
Profile
The first tab contains the personal information of your profile and changing a new password.
Write a valid phone number in international format without the first zero. For example +35840...
After changing the phone number or password, you need to confirm the change with old password. Note the security requirements of the new password.
Widget management
Choose an organization and then select which widgets you want to use on organization homepage, property homepages and property portfolio homepages.
Email subscriptions
The general subscription sends an email when when you are added to a project user.
By project specific settings you can change the notification recurrence interval between instantly (default) and daily by selecting the checkbox.
From the drop-down menu you can select an individual project for which you want to receive email notifications. After choosing a project, you can select all folders or an individual folder and change their email settings. If checkbox is not selected, you will not receive email notification
Don't forget to save changes!
Project settings
In Project settings tab you can edit project-specific address information and job titles.
Column settings
In Column settings tab you can select which columns are displayed. The choice is user-specific and does not affect other users.
Choose an organization and then select which column(s) you want to be displayed in document management views or unselect unnecessary columns. The system remembers the column settings. The organisation that owns the project specifies the available columns.
The selected columns are displayed in document management views and you can organise documents according to the columns.
The Title column is mandatory and cannot be unselected.
Maintenance settings
Maintenance Settings allows you to select your favorite properties. Favorites are used to filter service requests on the home pages of an organization, real estate portfolio, and property, and to create an organization-level user-specific service request list.
Favorite properties selections affect organization, property portfolio and property front page content as well as the user-specific organization-level service request and service calendar views.
Service request filters Favorite classifications are used to filter service requests.
Service request lists and front page content (for example, latest service requests) are filtered automatically by selected classifications.
Service calendar filters Favorite service calendar task types are used to filter service calendar tasks. Service calendar views and front page content are filtered automatically by selected task types.
